Are your cribs full size?

Yes, we rent full size foldable cribs that do not require assembly. They come with a full size 5" spring coil mattress at no additional charge. It does not have a drop side and is CPSC compliant. These cribs and mattresses replicate what the child has at home and is helpful for sleeping through the night in an unfamiliar environment.


Do you deliver?

Yes, for a fee of $30 we will deliver and pick up your items in the towns of Orleans, Brewster, Chatham and Eastham. Additional towns may be accommodated for an additional fee depending on our schedule. This fee is per order and includes all your rental items delivered to one location.


Can we pick up our rentals items?

Yes, you may pick up your rental items during business hours. Our shop is located at 115 Route 6A in Orleans. Please make sure your vehicle can accomodate a full size crib. The dimensions are 5' x 4'.


What time should we expect our rental items to be delivered?

We guarantee delivery by 8:00 PM on the day of your arrival although most likely everything will arrive before then.


Can we request a certain time of day to deliver our rental items?

Due to the volume of pick ups and deliveries it is impossible to accommodate specific times for our customers. This way you are not obligated to be at the rental unit at a specific time.


What about pick up times?

Pick-ups begin at 8:00AM the day of your departure, if we haven’t made specific arrangements for a pick up time then leave items in the same place the delivery person left them for you.


What if a rental item is lost or damaged?

Call the shop immediately at 508-240-0460 and we will replace the damaged item. If the damage is due to mishandling on the part of the renter a replacement fee will be assessed.


Is there a deposit required?

Yes, we require a non-refundable deposit of half the cost of the total rental fee when you make the reservation. The balance of the rental and delivery fee is put through on the day of arrival. You may do this by MasterCard, Visa, check, or by stopping by our clothing shop.


What is your cancellation and refund policy?

From May 25 through September 30, if you cancel prior to your arrival you only lose your deposit of half the cost of the rental items. Once your rental items leave Kid & Kaboodle for delivery or pick up there is no refund of the deposit or balance due.


Is there a cleaning fee for rental items?

A $25.00 cleaning fee will be charged on your credit card if items are not clean upon return. High chairs should be rinsed food free, have a clean tray, seat and pad.


Where will we find our rental items?

We will leave the items outside of the rental unit in a safe location. In the event of inclement weather we will contact you to make arrangements.


Where do we leave our items upon departure?

Please leave your rental items in the same place they were left for you. In the event of inclement weather please contact us if you change the location.


What if there is a problem with one of our rental items?

If you detect any problems with the equipment please call us immediately so that we may respond to your needs.
